You’re probably all familiar with egg salad sandwiches, funeral spread, chicken salad...
How about salami spread?
Using HCM’s Cotto Salami, slice and dice it, add mayo, a dash of your favorite seasoning (the salami really brings a good flavor to it, anyhow!), even dice up some green peppers or celery to toss in.
Seriously, folks! It’s a fantastic flavor! We recommend serving on crackers but it would be great on croissants or even slider buns!
