Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Ingredients:
8 1/4lb all beef patties
salt, pepper, seasonings to your liking (we used Jim Baldridge Secret Seasoning)
1/2 onion, diced (optional)
sliced mushrooms (fresh, canned...totally optional, too)
1/2 flour (our favorite flour comes from Bay State Milling!)
1 1/2c beef broth
