Beef Gravy

It’s definitely not a new concept, but sometimes we forget about the basics.  Classic beef gravy over egg noodles...or mashed potatoes...or biscuits.  Pick your carb!
Brown a pound or two of your Hart Country 90/10 Ground Beef.  With diced onions.  Or not. Once browned, add a scoop of flour.  Half cup should do ya.  Season with salt, pepper, Jim Baldridge Secret Seasoning or whatever you prefer.  Continue cooking over medium.  Add beef broth slowly.  About 2-3 cups. Continue to cook over med-low until sauce thickens.  
Prepare noodles...or potatoes...or biscuits.  
Serve and enjoy!
