Pulled Beef Nachos

Perfect for this early June heatwave we’re experiencing in southeast Minnesota.  Uff da.  It feels like county fair week.  Seems like temps are always playing around in the 90s during our mid-July county fair.  When it’s this hot, the motivation for making any meals goes way down.  

Pulled beef nachos are a perfect fit for the dog days of summer!  On an oven safe dish, layer twice or as many times as needed to feed your crowd:

Favorite tortilla or nacho chips

HCM Pulled Beef (preheat in microwave or stovetop with a bit of beef broth)

Cheese-shredded, nacho sauce

Chopped onion

Salsa by the spoonful

Pop into 400° oven til cheese is melty and chips are warm.  Add additional favorite toppings:

Shredded lettuce, guacamole, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, sour cream.
