Extended dry aged steaks have been dry aged for 30-45 days.  Extended dry aging demands patience and attention to detail and a preciously controlled environment.  As steaks age, they lose moisture through evaporation and go through a natural process which transforms their structure resulting in a unique flavor and ultimate tenderness.    

Our dry aged cranberry summer sausage makes for a delightful appetizer on its own or paired with a fine block of cheddar.  Makes for a great addition to charcuterie.

Local pickup by appointment or call for shipping details and pricing.  Local gift box will include the steaks packaged in a box ready for gifting.  If shipped, contents will arrive in our insulated gift box and a special message or card can be included from the sender.
